Why Are Correct Toes Podiatrists' Favorite Toe Spacers?
Unlike many rigid toe spacers that can feel uncomfortable, Correct Toes are designed with flexibility in mind. Made from soft, medical-grade silicone, we make sure Correct Toes can be worn all day, even in natural footwear, promoting long-term foot health and natural toe alignment.
With four different sizes available, Correct Toes fit a variety of foot shapes, making them much more effective than other generic toe spacers. These are the reasons why we are a top choice for podiatrists.
Don’t just take our word for it. Hear first-hand experiences from athletes and medical professionals who have testified to the benefits of Correct Toes.

Wait?! We Can Wear Them In Shoes?
Yes! Wear Correct Toes only in shoes that are widest at the tips of the toes to prevent irritation. Use the Shoe Liner Test™: With Correct Toes on, all toes should fit on the shoe liner. Leave at least half a thumb’s width of length at the end of your toes.
Note: In general we DO NOT recommend wearing Correct Toes with arch orthotics.

Look Mom, My Toes Are Splayed!
If you look at a baby’s foot, you’ll notice their toes are splayed, strong and flexible; and that the widest part of their foot is at the ends of the toes. Adult feet are intended to display these same qualities. However, constrictive footwear changes this shape over time, attributing to many common foot problems.
Positive changes require time and are not without a few aches along the way. Anticipate using Correct Toes regularly during the transition to new footwear. Throughout the first few months, progressive use of the device will begin to yield changes in alignment.

The Science of Correct Toes
Do you like to feel your feet? Would you like better blood flow? Think of it this way: It takes decades for feet to conform to conventional footwear, in which muscles and tendons are held rigid in stiff foundations, preventing movement and causing atrophy. Over many years, feet weaken and conform to the shape of footwear. Similar to the progression of starting a new fitness program, aligning and strengthening feet and toes is a slow process.
After several years of consistent use of Correct Toes, feet become stronger and get better circulation. The long-term goal of Correct Toes is to maintain natural toe position without the use of Correct Toes. Correct Toes acts as a temporary training aid while lower leg musculature and toes return to the proper length-to-tension ratio and alignment, respectively.
