Ever since I can remember I have loved being barefoot. Stripping my shoes off, putting my feet on the ground, and running and playing has always been a rather nourishing and enjoyable experience whether on a beach, grass, or even hardwood floor. But most of my life I have lived in a shod world, surrounded by shoes, and was taught to believe that I needed to wear shoes in most situations for protection and societal normalcies. Whether it be in stores, walking from place to place, or on trails, I was always told that I needed some protection on my feet.

But over time something shifted within me, a voice beckoning me to take off my shoes. It wasn't until I started learning about how incredible the foot was that I found myself wanting to be barefoot more and more, even kicking off my hiking boots to hike, and eventually starting to run, barefoot on trails of all terrain.

So I say, free the foot! I wrote this book to share all that I have come to learn about the wonderful world of feet. Whether you want to learn about going barefoot full time, are interested in barefoot running, or simply want to develop a better relationship with your feet, this book was written to speak directly to your sole.



Delivery and Shipping

Shipping policy

We try our best to ship orders out the following day, however, we are a small business with a small team, so please allow 1-3 business days for order processing.

Orders are shipped out daily, Monday - Friday (excluding holidays and inclement weather days), in the order they are received; shipping times may vary based on destination, weather, chosen delivery method, etc.

Return & Exchange Policy:

Most products can be returned or exchanged within 30 days (in original condition and ALL original packaging).

All shipping costs are non-refundable. Any cost associated with shipping a product back to Correct Toes will be the responsibility of the customer. Correct Toes will then ship the exchanged product to you free of charge. If you are between sizes, you may purchase both the smaller and larger size and then return the pair that does not fit. Correct Toes:

We offer a 30-day-no-worries return policy, with a 90-day materials warranty, if they split or break during use. You may also return Correct Toes within 30 days, even if they have been used or modified.

Shoes & Footwear:

Shoes and socks must have been purchased through www.correcttoes.com, returned with original packaging, and cannot be worn outside or show any signs of wear – such as scuffing, discoloration, smudges, etc.

Metatarsal Pads:

We accept the returns of Metatarsal Pads if they are unopened and unworn, in their original packaging, within 30 days of purchase. If they have been used or worn, we are unable to accept a return. To ensure proper placement, please reference this guide and video.

Toe Socks and Foot Accessories:

We accept the returns of toe socks and other foot accessories (heel cups, toe spreaders/spacers, Strutz Rx) if they are unopened and unworn, in their original packaging, within 30 days of purchase. If they have been used or worn we are unable to accept a return.

Clearance Items:

All purchases of clearance items are final sale; closeout clearance items CANNOT be returned or exchanged.
