Pedag T-Form Metatarsal Pads are a teardrop shaped dome that fit behind the ball of the foot. They are used to help spread your transverse arch (the arch behind the ball of your foot that runs across the width of your foot), promote the return of any overextended toes to their normal anatomical position, and encourage the return of your forefoot fat pad to a place that supports your metatarsal heads.

The use of pads can realign your toes while offering benefits to those dealing with metatarsalgia, arch pain, capsulitis, and neuromas. Pedag Metatarsal Pads are handmade in Germany and are sold as a pair.

Metatarsal pain can negatively impact your life. You want to be able to go about your day without worrying about stinging or burning in ball of your feet. The pedag T-Form, our signature enlarged metatarsal pad, can help you to relieve a persistent metatarsal pain.

The T-Form is a large metatarsal arch pad that supports the ball of your foot and keeps your toes in the anatomically correct position. As with all pedag products, there are only skin safe water-based adhesives and no solvents are used.
