MYSTERY LUNAs - PLEASE READ!
With Mystery Rooted LUNAs, you get to pick your size, your footbed (MGT or Leather) and the condition of your sandals. Outsoles might vary, leather footbed material might vary. All Mystery LUNAs will come with a pair of slip on 3/8" black leather laces installed. If you would like to get additional color(s) or length(s) please go to our lace builder.
GREAT - Like new, minor imperfections, slightly used
GOOD - Worn but not abused. Signs of wear with lots of life left.
What is “LUNAcycle”?
Of course it’s a play on the words “recycle” and “LUNA” and it is our new way of repurposing slightly used sandals that were returned or exchanged and are no longer sellable as new.
It’s a most excellent way to get another pair of LUNAs and save big now.
Normally all sales are final but we don’t want to discourage new LUNA wearers, so we will allow returns in the case of wrong size. Returns for "Store Credit" are possible within 30 days of purchase; however, the customer will be responsible for cost of the return shipping label.
Return policy
- All products must have been purchased directly from correcttoes.com
- Can be returned/exchanged within 30 days of delivery
- Items must be in new, unused condition
- Original packaging must be included
We do not accept returns on items that appear worn or used, have gotten dirty or sweaty, and/or items that are returned without the original packaging.

Shipping
We try our best to ship orders out the following day, however, we are a small business with a small team, so please allow 1-3 business days for order processing.
Orders are shipped out daily, Monday - Friday (excluding holidays and inclement weather days), in the order they are received; shipping times may vary based on destination, weather, chosen delivery method, etc.
