Processing may take 1-3 business days, but orders are shipped out daily, Monday – Friday (excluding holidays), in the order they are received; shipping times may vary based on destination, weather, etc.

SHOE RETURNS & EXCHANGES

All shipping costs are non-refundable.  Any cost associated with shipping a product back to Correct Toes will be the responsibility of the customer.  Correct Toes will then ship the exchanged product to you free of charge.  (If you are between sizes, you may purchase both the smaller and larger size and return the pair that does not fit.)

Shoes must have been purchased through correcttoes.com, returned with original packaging, and cannot have been worn outside or show any signs of wear.  Returns and exchanges are accepted within 30 days of purchase.  Please allow 5-7 business days (after receipt) to process a refund and/or exchange.
