Recovery

Many factors can impact the recovery of Tibial Fasciitis, including

  • Ankle and calf strengthening exercises
  • Use of Footwear that is flat, widest at the ends of the toes, and flexible to encourage natural foot alignment, and proper lower leg musculature length-to-tension relationships.
  • Correct Toes toe-spacers to provide an improved, lower-impact gait pattern, which in turn reduces stress to the periosteum.
  • A proper training plan that addresses slow and progressive increases in athletic duration, frequency and intensity.
